The idea for the NoSpill™ was conceived in 2011 when founder Niall Kennard was on holiday with his grandparents.
They went to exchange an LPG bottle and his grandfather had made a wooden support to stop it from falling over at the back of the car. He thought that it was a great design, but he also felt that it could be designed to hold other containers like pool chlorine containers, Oil and Fuel, and even paint tins. After mulling over the issue for months he came up with the NoSpill™ idea that could not only support containers in the back of the car but also trap any fluids leaking from the container while traveling.
After a few weeks of late-night sketching and long talks with his father over the design, he engaged a graphic artist to draw the final plans and then get a prototype made. Before hitting the market he applied for a patent in order to protect his design. He then set off to potential retailers and was pleasantly surprised with the extremely positive feedback.
Following the successful feedback of the NoSpill™, the design and intellectual property was further developed with the view to licensing the technology. In 2016 Niall joined forces with his sister Lauren, to help with the marketing and project management of the NoSpill™.
NoSpill™ is a new and innovative product designed to support chlorine and gas containers and paint tins.
Entrepreneurs Niall Kennard and Grant Kennard are co-owners of NoSpill™.
